How to Play Natural Eco-Friendly Safe Holi

Well to play natural Holi make sure you are are playing with home made or natural colors and we are going to tell you how you can do this. To make colors naturally you need to follow below things,

Yellow can be made from boiling marigold or from turmeric
Pink or Red color can be made from boiling beet root in water.

This was about making color and apart from this you also need to take few precautions and they are as below,

  1. Make sure you are not playing with artificial colors and even if you are playing then do not put that on sensitive part of body like eyes, nostrils.
  2. Do not play dirty Holi, play Holi with water and colors.
  3. Do not play Holi for very long, try to make it as short as possible and make sure you are putting water  on your body where color was applied.
  4. Make sure you do not drink and play Holi.
